Hi , I have started painting my house and seems like I can’t finish on time before I go to work. It’s a 4 bedroom two bathroom house. How much with will charge , I can work with someone to finish the job. May be two day for 16 hours will finish the job.

I have a building scope of works, need costings completed urgently As discussed below are the works we are planning on undertaking as part of our make good obligations in accordance with clause 14 and 19 of the lease, noting that Ampol is not obligated to remove all of our fittings/equipment. Closure Scope: External – items to remove: Remove the main signboard and all its components however leave the footings in situ Remove all Ampol signage and decals Remove all dispensers Removal of the above ground LPG gas tanks Internal – items to remove: All cooking equipment All freestanding equipment – coffee machine, fridges/chillers, safes, cash registers etc Items requiring repair/rectification: Light bulb audit both internally and externally and replace where required Fence repair – replace broken fence palings and paint white Repaint car park line markings Repaint curb line markings Repaint all Ampol colours in white High pressure hose clean of the site Window shutter repairs Pressure wash the canopy to remove dust and cobwebs Clean the concrete around the diesel pump to the side of the building Repair of damaged bollards (i.e. leaning) and repaint to white Repair any damage to within the retail shop caused as a result of removing equipment and complete a patch and paint of affected areas that occurred during the term of the lease Environmental scope - Ampol will remediate the land to the condition of it as at 5 January 2010. Report to be provided upon completion

Hi 2 jobs needing to be done on site job 1 - Pool House Need to cut and install 1 side flashing on a insulated panel roof on 1 side of a pool house will need some minor brackets made to fit to roof have uploaded pics and you can see there is no ridge on the roof that side have to make a ridge type thing out of brackets or similar , need to bend the side flashing nicely to mach profile of other sides shown in picks install 1 gutter, end caps and dowpipe all meterial is supplied by me including screws and endgaps. Job 2 cut down supplied side flashing for a shed insulated roof panel, will need to trim off the flashing to make it fit, will be 2 offcut that need to be joined will need to angle grind off a bit have the parts we cut already for you to check. please supply approx 1 x 2m long gutter ( prefferably in jasper ) end caps and downpipe fitting to be fitted to existing panel roof.

A bid window in a bathroom need to be removed and redo the wall and install smaller window.
