I need someone to hang a neon light and a large framed painting. The walls are drywall/plaster wall so I'm unsure how to hang them. I've attached pictures of the screws I have on hand. The large framed painting weighs 5kg. Available today anytime between 3pm and 6pm in Summer Hill.

We have a mounted TV being removed early AM of May 7th, this is mounted into brick and there will be 4 holes that need a bit of sanding and painting over (the TV guy has said he will fill in the holes) Some small holes (x 4) from pictures in wall that need to be painted over, they are so small i’m unsure if they even need filling or sanding There are also 3 x IKEA bookcases each mounted into walls with 2 x screw mounts in each that will need filling, sanding and painting Wall damage from furniture impact on walls that needs filling, sanding and painting Slight ceiling marks from tape left after kids birthday party that need some paint touch ups so it’s not as noticeable

One of our skirting boards is badly chipped and coming off the wall. I am hoping to get it replaced. The length of the skirting is 500mm. We can manage the painting ourselves. Also the conduit that encases our NBN has come off the wall. I've tried a couple of times to reaffix with double-sided table with no luck. I would be happy for it to be screwed into the wall, provided the screws were relatively small - the wall however is rendered brick. I would love someone to find a way to attach it to the wall. The length of the conduit is approximately 3800mm
