2 downpipes fallen off when concreting. Need these reattached to existing gutters and wall. We have the box downpipes.

•Replacement of an old ceiling fan with a new one in the main bedroom. Safe removal and proper installation of the new fan, including balancing and securing. •Concealment of wall-mounted TV cords above the fireplace. Wires routed through the wall for a clean finish.

We have had some water damage through a window, which has damaged the concrete rendered ledge underneath. It looks like the previous owners have repaired it messily. It likely needs to be stripped back, re rendered and then we can paint over it.

My kitchen sink is blocked (single sink) The water goes down, but slowly, and i'm tired of having to use the plunger everytime I wash something in the sink. It's just the kitchen sink that's blocked. Everything else in the house is working perfectly fine. Plumber needed. Today, tomorrow or Wednesday.

The current shower is leaking because there is no shower strip fitted to the bottom of the shower door. On the floor of the shower is a metal strip that used to hold a certain type of strip in place. I need this fixed, it might be necessary to detach the door to fit the appropriate strip.

I require 2 internal doors to be installed with pivot hinges. Some framework will be required on one door. I want to install panelling so the doors will need to be flush with the wall

Install kids swing on a tree branch which is about 7-10m high. Will require very long ladder. Thank you.
