Additionally, I can hear other tenants entering and talking while waiting for the elevator through my apartment's front door. My window has double glazing and can be retracted outwards, but I don't mind if it becomes fixed. I've looked into products like seals and retrofit glazing, but I prefer a professional to assess my situation. I want to ensure the front door and window have the best solutions in place to reduce the noise.

Need an electrician to diagnose and fix my ceiling fan. The fan turns on when switch is activated, but is slow on all speeds. It makes a low whirring sound. Flexible on dates and times but must be completed before March 19th.
