I have Treadmill Norditrack 7.0 2.75 CHP. I need speed adjustment, making sure the treadmill speed settings are correct. The speed seems to vary every now and then.

Sand and varnish table - if it’s possible to just fix the patch rather than sand the whole thing that would work for us too. Accidentally placed too much heat on this section of the wood table and it’s removed the varnish so I need it fixed any way you would reccomend.

Replacing plaster thats has waer stained also have some holes after removed wall heater. One spot have leaking issues from roof around skylight.
