I need someone with their own power tool to drill about 20 x 3mm holes (similar to those on the photos) on colourbond fence and shed. Located in Gowanbrae.

I have two roller shutters that are not functioning properly and not moving up and down correctly and getting stuck. Looking for a quote to fixed. Motors are functioning, but it sounds like the roller shutters a skipping or misaligned.
