My two dogs have pushed on the door over the past few years and finally broken the clip on the doggie door, so now it does not click in so will not lock and because you can't set it to open it will sometimes lock by itself. Right Hand side: The door has one of the hinges loose and the door is misaligned causing it to drag into the floor. I have put photos of both kind of hinges with the issue.
