we have two Billy bookcases which need the glass doors installed. And both bookcases need to be anchored to the wall

I need a bathroom mirror cabinet installed, and the existing mirror removed. Cabinet dimensions are h=800, w=600, d=140. Prefer job to be done on a Saturday or on weekdays after 3.

Toilet seat is loose and towel rail is loose

I have a Hole in the back of an internal door. Will need door replaced.

Wooden windowsill coming out of the wall due to the cat always jumping up and sitting on them. Two window sills need to be fixed

Install bidet next to our toilet (mount to wall etc)

Secure the cupboard (to brick wall) align the doors properly, install door handles and fix the shelves in properly make sure it’s all level etc

Our tenant and neighbour have complained that the door is very noisy when it closes. If that can be remedied that would be our preference as the lock has been made the same as the door + we prefer to repair rather than replace given our need to minimise the use of the Earth's precious resources. The quote is obviously only if it's a remedy rather than a replace. Please let me know how much a replace might be. While I have said flexible it would be lovely to have this issue sorted asap. With gratitude for your time and expertise.

I need a handy man to install shade cloth on my balcony roof and also then pull down shade cloth from roof to balcony, you must supply the shade cloth for both and also frame working from the roof to the balcony, costs can be amended if needed - Due date: Flexible

I have a shower screen (2000x960) with one edge wall mount and a top rail support that requires installation. I’d prefer after 4pm weekdays or any time on weekends but able to do midweek as well if needed. Looking for quality workmanship, price is negotiable. Also, seems like the supplier didn’t provide the small foot mount for the loose edge so if you’re able to supply this in brushed nickel would be amazing!!
