Toilet seat is loose and towel rail is loose

The kitchen faucet has been leaking for a while. I turned off the cold one(tight) to stop it from leaking but now it has started to leak again. My friend opened it by mistake. Now the dial on the cold one is rather loose. I do not want it to get any worse. So looking for help

I have a Hole in the back of an internal door. Will need door replaced.

Secure the cupboard (to brick wall) align the doors properly, install door handles and fix the shelves in properly make sure it’s all level etc

Our tenant and neighbour have complained that the door is very noisy when it closes. If that can be remedied that would be our preference as the lock has been made the same as the door + we prefer to repair rather than replace given our need to minimise the use of the Earth's precious resources. The quote is obviously only if it's a remedy rather than a replace. Please let me know how much a replace might be. While I have said flexible it would be lovely to have this issue sorted asap. With gratitude for your time and expertise.

Need someone to replace our old bathroom mirror, preferably removing it and keeping it intact. It’s just at an awkward height, and has probably seen better days. I’m guess you would also need to remove the tiles above it. I’m no mirror expert, so the chosen person will need to source the mirror. Obviously we will pay for the materials. Width is fine 77.5cm - height needs to go up by 15cm (essentially removing that top row of tiles (please see attached.
