We had an original, custom bifold door on our powder room. Tilers took off latch at base and tiled over it. Need a new latch or the door trimmed to fit or a custom door. We are open to any possible solution! The door goes back on with the latch sitting above the tiles but there’s a dip in the frame that stops it from opening. We are also open to the frame being trimmed.

I need someone to make 3 cuts in a piece of chipboard. I have the cuts marked out - it will make a small rectangular hole at the edge. There is a strip of vinyl (or similar) at the edge. I am happy to bring this to you for you to work on, as long as you are in Brisbane. There are some parts sticking out of the top - ideally I would not have these taken off, as they need to stay in that exact spot. It would need the right type of cut to not wreck the chipboard. I don't need the cuts to be exactly on the lines I drew, but pretty close to it.

Our deck currently just let's rainwater fall off it onto the front of the house below. We would like a gutter installed to catch the water and direct it to a downpipe which would eventually link up with stormwater (seperate job). Deck is about 10m long and 4m wide on each side so about 18m total gutter length.
