We had an original, custom bifold door on our powder room. Tilers took off latch at base and tiled over it. Need a new latch or the door trimmed to fit or a custom door. We are open to any possible solution! The door goes back on with the latch sitting above the tiles but there’s a dip in the frame that stops it from opening. We are also open to the frame being trimmed.

Our deck currently just let's rainwater fall off it onto the front of the house below. We would like a gutter installed to catch the water and direct it to a downpipe which would eventually link up with stormwater (seperate job). Deck is about 10m long and 4m wide on each side so about 18m total gutter length.

Hi, my shower doors swing type brackets have broken off. Need someone to someone to supply the brackets and install the door as well

I have 2 awnings on the front of my house (one level up). They are operated from the inside by using a tape in a ratchet. Last week one of the tapes snapped causing the awning to fully extend and jump out of its brackets above the windows. I need the rolled up awning raised and inserted into the brackets (a two person job?) and the tape on the awning replaced (I think there is enough good tape left to reuse - I haven't been able to source new tape.)
