I have an Ikea customised PAX unit I need assembled and installed, with some slight tweaks to make it fit the space. I designed it to fit a tight space so the installation/affixing needs are: - I don't want to remove the carpet under it but I do need to have the skirting board removed cleanly to make it fit flush against the wall at the back. - I need a small opening at the back near the bottom so a powerpoint can peep through, then a small hole at the same height but on the left side of the unit (close to the back) so a power cord can pop through. I.e. the plug and cord will run through the back of the unit on the inside just behind the drawers in the lower half of the unit. Not sure what tools you'd need. - It needs to be affixed to the wall near the top. Photos attached. It needs to go in the corner right near the sliding door wardrobe. Skirting board behind it should be removed. It should touch up against the skirting board on the right but the skirting board doesn't need to be removed there. I don't need packaging removed.

The frame around the kitchen window behind the sink has water damage and needs repairs. The job includes removing and replacing the damaged section, prepping the surface, and applying fresh paint. Looking for an experienced carpenter or handyman to complete the task. Please provide a quote for the job.

We're painting the exterior and some weatherboards on the back of the house need replacement. It's been powerwashed and rotted parts are visible in the images. It's not the whole boards; the rotted parts need to be replaced. Also, one of the window frames bottom and one side, need to be fixed/replaced—maybe the whole bottom part and fixing on the sides near the bottom.

We need the fly screen on our sliding door repaired/replaced as it has been torn from the frame. My guess is that it will need to be replaced entirely as there is too much damage. Would like someone to come check it out and repair/measure up and purchase new mesh and install it.

Unfortunately, the tiler/bathroom installer has had to delay and we need someone to take over the tiling and installation of vanity, mirror and toilet. The waterproofing and screed in shower has been done and we have all of the appliances and tiles to install. We do not need the shower screens installed as that will be purchased and installed separately

Drill out vertical brick mortar joints above 7 windows to create weepholes. Approx 2-3 joints per window. These will be marked by the Owner. It’s a single storey. Ladder is on site . Allow for 28 weepholes for pricing purposes in case I need a few additional weepholes
