I have an Ikea customised PAX unit I need assembled and installed, with some slight tweaks to make it fit the space. I designed it to fit a tight space so the installation/affixing needs are: - I don't want to remove the carpet under it but I do need to have the skirting board removed cleanly to make it fit flush against the wall at the back. - I need a small opening at the back near the bottom so a powerpoint can peep through, then a small hole at the same height but on the left side of the unit (close to the back) so a power cord can pop through. I.e. the plug and cord will run through the back of the unit on the inside just behind the drawers in the lower half of the unit. Not sure what tools you'd need. - It needs to be affixed to the wall near the top. Photos attached. It needs to go in the corner right near the sliding door wardrobe. Skirting board behind it should be removed. It should touch up against the skirting board on the right but the skirting board doesn't need to be removed there. I don't need packaging removed.

The frame around the kitchen window behind the sink has water damage and needs repairs. The job includes removing and replacing the damaged section, prepping the surface, and applying fresh paint. Looking for an experienced carpenter or handyman to complete the task. Please provide a quote for the job.

Something is wrong with the wiring on the appliance. It works, however if you touch the top of it whilst plugged in it gives you a zap.

Open to ideas on the type of door, but I want it to be a single door with a lock. Current opening of gap horizontally is 600-650mm as it not fit straight and 1900mm vertically.
