We require a handyman to complete a list of odd jobs across two of our gym locations, in Jolimont and Claremont: Bottom of stair well at Jolimont cleaned, organised, storage put up Timer to be installed at Jolimont near TV Pigeonhole storage shelf to be cut down to size Timer to be installed at Claremont Strength gym For job instructions: Timer in strength gym office, please mount timer to wall where outline has been drawn on image. The left side edge of the timer should align with the left side edge of the window below. Please ensure timer is installed level. Whoever is completing the works will need to meet us in Jolimont to be briefed on the tasks required. Will need to provide your own tools (ie. need a drill to hand items on bricks walls etc).

Hang about 15 pictures - need to be measured and right angles etc; Internal paint touch ups; External paint touch ups; repair light switch, Change downlight globes

Builder or bricklayer needed for refurbishment, installation or removal of original open fireplace (depending on quote and difficulty of task). Brick fireplace and chimney. Not used in years. Let's the weather in. Would like to explore options to fix it up, install new wood burner or gas burner or remove altogether. I don't need it covered up or patched over. It's in a small room where space matters so I either need to get it working as a functional fireplace or removed altogether. For this reason I think i need a builder or bricklayer. Hoping to have someone who can look at job advise what can be done and quote.
