Demolition and removal of garden shed/small garage built in the 1920s. Timber walls and framing with a tiled roof. Some metal in the larger entrance. There are some electrical cables inside that the previous owner advised were dead. Please advise if you are qualified to check this and make safe/then remove them. On completion, it should be a clean concrete slab that is safe and without sharp points (i.e a small child would not injure themselves on it). If possible, please provide a price for installing a rubber wheel stop on the slab when finished. (Rubber Wheel Stop 1650mm supplied by me including the bolts). Essentially this consists of drilling 3 holes (with your drill and bit) and bolting down the wheelstop.
