Find an experienced handyman in Lancefield

I have a few jobs that need fixing around the house, washer on tap, flywire redone on door, wooden window sill that need sanding & painting (nothing major) a small hole in ceiling that needs to be covered due to water but now fixed, a bit of concrete inbetween bricks from movement in my sunroom, a few items, gate & facia will need pressure hose down from mildew. Nothing major & bricks on outside need pressure hose as well, a few nails here & there need banging back in. Happy to pay that amount but please understand that is labour & materials & of course a good job :)

I have some small jobs that need doing just basic handyman stuff that I cannot do, some will take no time, others might be a bit longer. Too many to put on... PLEASE NOTE... As I have been in undated with messages, I should of specified that the materials would be part of the cost, not an additional cost.. It is not alot, it's mainly being able to fix them. Easy for the one in the know.. Please only accept if your willing to do this.

I recentl;y bought a 2nd hand pergola. All the hardware is in my garage, but I lack the knowledge and better tools to fully install it. I'll be assisting, with sanding and painting, and I have plenty of my own DYI tools. I'm also not shy about getting my hands dirty, I just don't want to install it wrong and have it all fall over. There are some plastic skylights that will require plumbers tape, a few rotted or broken bits of timber to replace, and I'dd like it secured to the ground in the best way you know how, as I get high winds in my area. Once its up, I can paint it better etc but I'd like to weather proof it. It takes as long as it takes, however I'd like a proper estimate and quote before we go ahead. I can provide pictures but its better you can and take a look at what I've got.

With the rain the last few days my garage is leaking I don't know why but it's starting to flood a little bit and I need help urgently. It's a standard size garage and leak is coming from approx middle of garage but down the wall like a waterfall , no apparent hole and garage is currently being used for storage Anytime would be preferable. Thank you

Install a door connecting two rooms. We have door x 2 (no jam). It’s Masonite on one side, timber on other. Install door, remove rubbish. Needs handles and hinges. We have lots of work that needs doing around the farm.
