Replace existing pendant light with a ceiling fan with built in light.

There is a gap between the floorboards and entry door threshold, i would like to have it gap filled with black sikaflex, tape up both floorboard and tile and put a thick bead to cover that joint. There is a flyscreen coming of the steel frame , the flyscreen frame needs to be fixed back to the steel frame at the bottom, either rivet or screw fix back in. There is also a door not closing as i believe the striker plate needs to be adjusted, i have left this item out as i dont have a photo and can discuss additional cost once at the property, this cost is for the threshold gap and the flyscreen frame. Needs to be done after 11am tomorrow, only tomorrow unfortunately

I have 5 x IKEA 'fridans ' Roller blinds I need trimming to size and hanging, windows as per pictures. I also need x medium sized picture (about 150cm x 120cm) hanging on a wall - that's it!
