3 bedroom and 2 bathroom (1 main + 1 ensuite) unit is about 95m2, all concrete solid ceilings. Would like to have gyprocking ceiling through out, so can have down lights, ceiling exhaust fan etc later. The unit is located on the ground level, no any stairs. Old red brick building - no lift. You need to supply all plasterboard + labor. I prefer new ceiling don’t have those old cove cornices. But more modern look. I put a new look design as the last photo, that’s what I am hoping to achieve. Because I have wardrobe in the bedroom, I am hoping new ceiling doesn’t affect the existing wardrobe, if possible.

The blind chain needs supply and install. Also the bracket that fixed to wall one side came off. Need to be reattached back to walls again.

Plaster ceiling cornices get fixed.

We renovated our bathroom 2 years ago and a few holes have opened up. I'd like to have the existing sealant removed and new batch applied to make it neat, tidy and waterproof.

Anti flap kit mounting bracket is buckled. Awning to be removed, bracket straightened and reattached, awning remounted and sealed.

The chain on the roller blinds is not holding any weight and the blinds keep rolling down.

Install new dryer bracket which is supplied onto villaboard wall, remove old brackets, hang dryer, i have the bracket but you will need to supply any fixtures or possibility of a timber panel if needed to go over studs then bracket fixed to that, may not be needed. Happy to pay for timber regardless if used or not

Require licensed and insured electrician to install 2 x ceiling fans in bedrooms. Ceiling fans will be supplied, so only require installation. Rooms have suspended ceilings with access via down lights holes. Fans are DC with remote control.

Need to fix cables that have been accidentally cut. Also need to tighten some lose cables. A minimum of 3 lengths need to be replaced. You must supply your own tools and source the replacement cables. Thank you

I am installing 4x UPS battery backups on automated entrance doors in an apartment building. Need Tasker to collect units from either Greenacre or Mt Druitt (TBC) then assist with the installation. Units are "Plug and Play", however experience with UPS installation or electrical work would be a big plus/

Plaster ceiling is broken to fix some plumbing issue. Need to replace a plaster board about 1600mm x 600mm in size. Ceiling height is standard around 2.4m.
