The current 'backboard' behind sink is dodgy and has expanded due to getting wet, not sure what options are available. Nothing fancy, maybe something metal that is easy to clean and won't allow water to seep in. Not fussy. Don't want to spend a lot as maybe replacing sink / kitchen at some point.

I need this cupboard removed and taken away please. I would like the wall behind to be tidied up a little afterward, maybe a bit of sanding, nothing major.

- 6kg chandelier to be hung from ceiling - a trade told me he’s put a wooden piece in the ceiling to hold the weight. But in the hole in the ceiling I can’t find it. It may or may not need a wood in the roof to hold the weight.
