We need an old sign fascia repainted and once dry, a sign adhered to this. The sign is made up of individual letters but there is a template to ensure it is level and correct. The letters need to be stuck up with silicone. It is working at a height, so you will need a ladder. The Black section on top of the building

Second story steel joist is squeaking against frame when walking on top of it, very annoying noise. Cork floor upstairs so ceiling will need to be cut in lunge underneath to access joist - budget includes repair ceiling if possible (painting ceiling not required)
