We need an old sign fascia repainted and once dry, a sign adhered to this. The sign is made up of individual letters but there is a template to ensure it is level and correct. Second story steel joist is squeaking against frame when walking on top of it, very annoying noise. Cork floor upstairs so ceiling will need to be cut in lunge underneath to access joist - budget includes repair ceiling if possible (painting ceiling not required)

Punctured door, needs patching up

Require installation of a fibreglass laundry entry door to be mounted on a wooden frame as pictured. A cupbord door has come off, been fixed before by previous housemates just need the right parts.

Take down chandelier in living room and replace with down light (tasker to supply). Take down 2nd chandelier and replace with 1st chandelier. Down light (dimmable) to be installed where light near where tv is showing and move to over dining room table
