I have purchased two Coolaroo easy release exterior blinds, both 1500mm wide with 2400 drop. From Bunnings. New in package. I need them installed. Pic attached of blind and also area where they need to be installed (not too high).

Second story steel joist is squeaking against frame when walking on top of it, very annoying noise. Cork floor upstairs so ceiling will need to be cut in lunge underneath to access joist - budget includes repair ceiling if possible (painting ceiling not required)

Punctured door, needs patching up

Require installation of a fibreglass laundry entry door to be mounted on a wooden frame as pictured. Take down chandelier in living room and replace with down light (tasker to supply). Take down 2nd chandelier and replace with 1st chandelier. Down light (dimmable) to be installed where light near where tv is showing and move to over dining room table
