We need a very heavy mural to be installed in Manor Lakes. The wall is quiet big almost 10mtr wide and 4.6mtrs high - the mural need to be hung in the centre and aligned. Mural rectangular frame is around 100kg.

These fans come along with remote and the remote needs to be installed to the wall. Studs are already installed as part of the build. 2. 4 new LED downlights with new wiring on first floor. LED lights should match existing lights (See attached image) 3. Replace one 6 gang light with smart light switch. I already purchased smart light switch. 4. Garage has a tube light installed already.
