I require the installation completed for a single drawer dishwasher already in the void under the kitchen sink. Ideally i would like it built up onto a shelf with gaps blocked somehow. Finished in a professional looking way. Also needing a TV bracket and TV fixed to a wall..

We need 8 shelves bolted to the ground (we will have already assembled most of it before you arrive). You will need to have tools and supply bolts, shims.

We need to fix a couple parts of Gyprock.

I am moving house and need a few holes in the wall fixed. I need help removing a tv mount from the wall and the holes filled in. There are also about 10 or more other holes in that room that will need to be sanded back and filled in. There are 3 picture hangers in the hallway that need to come out and the holes filled. I don’t require any painting done on the walls, I don’t know the colour of the walls so will do that when I know. I will need some painting done on one of my doors where I had a draft stopper that was “rent safe” but took a whole strip of paint off. Hopefully you can help with this. I have a few random items that need to go to the rubbish tip as well if it’s possible to take them.

Need Patio Bolts installed on French doors to improve security. I have purchased the bolts (2 sets, 4 locks altogether).

Pull out pantry runners are stuck. Hoping to repair if we can.

Fix dry wall and rehang the clothes rack

I have a few handyman jobs that need to be completed. Change tap to allow for install of the attached fitting. Fix doors - hinges are coming out Repair floor Lino (has a worn out area needs patching) Offering has a per hour rate of $50 but I think maybe a few hours work. Not really sure would love some feedback.

Single large tile lifted in bathroom, will need to be taken up and re-grouted.

Assemble timber bed base. Latex mattress needs to be moved and then put on the bed. Also, a hose holder needs to be attached to a timber fence. Large screws needed for the hose holder. - Due date: Before Thursday, 8 February 2024

A built in wardrobe needs to be repaired. 1. The draws need to be reinforced so that they can hold the weight of clothing. 2. Clothes rod needs to be screwed back in and reinforced so that clothes can be hang up again.
