First door requires repair to the handle. The timber that holds the screw threads has eroded, and the handle is now pulling out. Second is a sliding door that is getting stuck. Likely just needs some form of lubricant, but it may be that the timber has gotten wet and expanded.

Main task: Must have reciprocating saw and/or grinder to cut steel bolts and metal away from wall. Then assist me with install of new steps. Also just need to collect two of the items shown from Bunnings for me, will fit in small hatchback car with seats down. Plus 3 pine sleepers. After that home free, don't expect to need help for over 3 hours. Can pay up-to $70 PH. but just have at least the tools listed, own hammer drill and circular saw a bonus. Quote me for either 1 hour or 3, happy to do first hour through app and 2hrs cash. Have future jobs from clients might refer you and use you for.
