We recently had a new gate installed, but it's currently rubbing against the stone wall. To fix this issue, we need to sand down the stone wall by approximately 2-3 cm. The dimensions of the entire wall are about 2.5 meters in length and 1 meter in width.

We have Stegbar louvered aluminium windows installed in the rear room of the house facing the garden and at the side of the house. Under heavy rain we are getting water ingress along the upright spines of these windows which appears to be due to the rubber seals hardening over time.

I can’t open my sliding door, i.e., I can’t turn the handle. It’s been always working well until the kids played with the handle a few days ago.
