Bracket holding blind (1850mm wide) has broken away from the ceiling and needs to be reattached. It was attached to a piece of timber which will need fixing/replacing before the blind is reattached.

Purchase a low cost door. Install the standard internal door and fit 3 hooks.

Require an individual to 1) hang a coat rack into gyprock. Previous attempt resulted in plugs coming out and damage to the gyprock. 2) fix table that is fixed against gyprock. Again, previous attempts resulted in damage to gyprock.

Wall has caved in at gym. Just need patched up and looking good

Intenza 550 ube touchscreen not working. Occasionally works after several presses on or around the right spot, but has increasingly started not responding. Install Black Out Blind to Indoor Windows. Just adheres with water (spray bottle) and then a leveler to help ensure it goes on flat. Will be 2 x windows. Goes on inside of the house. Black out film is supplied.

Supply and replace webbing for seat

Remove a timber awning from above bifold doors. Awning is fixed to the brick wall with dynabolts. Awning is located on the ground floor and can be accessed easily. Also needs to be disposed of elsewhere.

We have three doors underneath the stairs that make a shoe cupboard. The doors have come off the hinges as per the pics attached. Two doors are off, one is partially off. The job is to come in and reattach two doors and secure the third so that it doesn't come off. The hinges/brackets are on the frame (see pics) although I am not 100% sure if they are still in full working order (I think they are).

Replace 4 flyscreen mesh on 2 windows and 2 doors, it is for a tenant and needs to be done after 1 30pm

1) clean the back yard out, clear weeds, dog muck and waterblast the walls and tiles 2) remove the heavy concrete plinth and dispose 3) wash skylights and high windows

Our ceiling in the bedroom is dropping due to the weight of curtains that have been installed. It is likely that the glue inside the ceiling has come loose. Need someone experienced who can work out if it can be pinned back up with pins/nails or if the roof needs to be cut open ceiling fastened to studs.

Hang 4 big picture frames that have jerseys in them. Hang 2 smaller ones that are A4 size. All hung on gyprock walls.
