Hi! We have a lightbulb above the staircase (at ~6m height) that has gone out and needs changing. We have the new light, but you will need to supply the ladder and be comfortable working at height over the staircase. We also have an Ikea mirror that we need to hang on a wooden wall, we need you to find the studs and fix it to the wall securely.

Move to water pipework and install replacement s & p traps to fit new kitchen sink about 30cm from existing sink location. Cut worktop and install sink.

Pressure hose balcony pavers

We have three doors underneath the stairs that make a shoe cupboard. The doors have come off the hinges as per the pics attached. Two doors are off, one is partially off. The job is to come in and reattach two doors and secure the third so that it doesn't come off. The hinges/brackets are on the frame (see pics) although I am not 100% sure if they are still in full working order (I think they are).

Replace 4 flyscreen mesh on 2 windows and 2 doors, it is for a tenant and needs to be done after 1 30pm

One hour job: Drill into concrete, hang 2 x mirrors, 1 x painting and 3 x framed posters. I will supply hooks. Would love this done on Monday 18 November if possible. Thank you.

1) clean the back yard out, clear weeds, dog muck and waterblast the walls and tiles 2) remove the heavy concrete plinth and dispose 3) wash skylights and high windows

Our ceiling in the bedroom is dropping due to the weight of curtains that have been installed. It is likely that the glue inside the ceiling has come loose. Need someone experienced who can work out if it can be pinned back up with pins/nails or if the roof needs to be cut open ceiling fastened to studs.

Hang 4 big picture frames that have jerseys in them. Hang 2 smaller ones that are A4 size. All hung on gyprock walls.
