We did renovation on small home office, roughly 3m x 5m. Need to cover walls and ceiling as well. There is a small bathroom area as a part of this office, that will need to be done to be water proof. Framing is done, need installing Gyprock sheets and setting to be a paint ready.

2.5mm galv chainlink mesh to be supplied and fixed on existing frame. Images attached for reference. The “roof” bays are all approx. 1.9 x 4.2 (4 of them) The sides are, all up, 0.8 x 14.0 approx. Mesh needs to be wire-fixed to all horizontal and vertical post members (1.6m high existing + 0.8 new = 2.4m high overall).

We need a balustrade that separates a split level removed which may mean patching where it’s removed from. We also need some plastering done on some walls. If you can only do one of these that’s also fine, price includes plastering and is negotiable.

Lightbulb socket stuck in the bathroom ceiling light fixture and needs removal to replace the lightbulb. The piece that is stuck now has a piece of epoxy putty in the socket. We tried to DIY via this method to remove it which did not assist. The fixture is old and the socket is jammed from moisture + not being replaced for a substantial amount of time. Need someone familiar with electricity. Pictures attached which include fixture screws.

Needing gutter repair/replacement in at least one location, see photo

I need help with a few small repairs to gutters and downpipes: • Gutter End Cap Repair: Supply and install a new gutter end cap to fix damage and prevent water leakage (see attached photos). The gutter is accessible from the ground floor. • Rain Head Overflow: Drill an overflow hole in the rain head. Apply corrosion protection. The rain head is accessible from the ground floor. • Downpipe Spreader: Drill holes at the front of the downpipe spreader to direct water flow in line with the roofing. Apply corrosion protection. The downpipe is accessible from the ground floor. I can make myself available during the week and weekends, but we need to agree on a suitable date/time first. Let me know if you need more details.

5x blinds require brackets screwed into steel lintels above windows, 10 x brackets total. (I will cut and hang blinds)

Curtain rods won’t stay up drilled directly into the brick because the brick is so old and crumbly. Need someone to install a piece of wood across 3 windows, measured, cut, painted white, to re-hang the curtains in my office.
