3 Lever Low Security Locks are to be used on Internal Doors.They are suitable with any of our door furniture that says 'Lock' In the description. These locks are supplied with a 'skeleton' key .Rebated Locks: these are used when you have one door closing into another door, also referred to as 'French Doors' (as opposed to a door in a 'Standard' door frame). Tradco Hardware's Rebated locks have a 13mm rebate in the face plate and striker. Rebated locks are available in Euro Lock, Skeleton Key Lock or you can use a Rebate Kit on a Tube Latch.

Need assistance to remove and replace drain from in front of garage. As you can see from the pictures the existing drain has been set into slab. Old drain needs to be removed, trench cleaned and new drain installed without damaging slab. Approx 3.5m worth.

Ok full transparency: rust repair the conventional way is expensive and most workshops want to do full roof removal and don't want to be associated with any touch up jobs. I'm a backpacker and I don't have the funds but I dare say somebody out there knows some hacks that will at least make my vehicle more attractive for a more modest fee. 4 internal doors to be re-hung with new hinges and handles and 1 back door to be changed.

Two tasks: 1. reattach curtain rail which was pulled out from the wall by kids (!!!). Some of the fixtures might be bent. Holes have already been patched, so focus is on reattaching/rehanging the rail. The room is in the original part of the (~100 year old) house so the walls can be quite fragile. 2. door handle: the door handle on our external bi-fold doors is very loose. May need to be reinstalled completely. If so, holes in door frame would need to be patched as well.
