Task to assemble properly or fix up or reinforce sofa bed. Bought new sofa bed and had an Airtasker assemble. I think not assembled properly. As soon as I sat down it broke (I’m normal weight). Would like reassembled properly or reinforced with whatever additional screws or brackets ect to make it so the sofa bed can load bear and be functional. Need two dynabolts drilled into ceiling of balcony 8mm thick, 40mm deep, to then secure eyelet nut The dynabolt and eyelet nut are supplied.. Will need to bring 1. Small step ladder 2. Drill for masonry 3. 8mm masonry drill bit The holes required are 20cm from the edge of the balcony (15th floor). I have tried to drill this myself but my drill and skills are not good enough.

I have moved and have multiple pictures to hang, some of which need a wire or to change from horizontal to vertical. Having an eye for where to best hang would be useful There are some picture rails but other places need hooks in walls

Hopefully the pictures are self explanatory, but the only place not evidenced in the pictures (room description in the file names) is behind the bed on the wall where the bed touches the wall, where there is some mould. It's an old house where mould flares up after a long period of rain, and especially if we heat the place. We have operated a dehumidifier and ventilated when possible but this doesn't appear to be enough. Please note that we are renting and not here long term so I'm looking for a short/mid term removal and a price keeping in mind I am a tenant rather than owner. Much appreciated.
