Find an experienced handyman in North Sydney

The runners of a kitchen drawer seem to be broken and the drawers themselves r falling apart. This means they r either getting stuck or squeaking. Would need a qualified handyman to fix this. Would like to have locks placed on 3 doors. 2 bedroom doors and 1 bathroom door. I also have a blind in a bedroom that is a bit stuck so would to have that looked into. I think the task requires someone to come to the apartment first to evaluate the situation before going to purchase products and fixing the issue. Please get receipts of the cost of product and I will reimburse after the task has been completed. Price given is for the service itself please.

1. Toilet seat (just recently installed) has come loose and requires re attachment 2. Attach a home security solar panel to our outdoor security camera. Install a ceiling fan (with light) in centre of apartment ceiling. There is an existing light already there which needs to be removed but power from that can be used. Fan is DC with internal AC to DC converter and has remote control.

I need an experienced tradesman to Remove the existing sliding door which is floor to ceiling height(2600H x 1270W) and install a normal bedroom door( 2040H x 815W) by covering up the extra space between the ceiling and the door. Basically when you remove the sliding door you will see that the doorway is really big. You will have to create a smaller doorway for the new door by covering up with plasterboards and timber. And install the new door. Happy to do a video call before you guys present a quote. Please remember that I have recently organised and finished a similar job and I am aware of how much it costs. So no exorbitant quotes. You will also paint and cleanup after the job.

I need to get a small dryer placed on the wall of my laundry. I have the brackets required for this installation. I also need a small magnetic catch drilled into the shower tiles to enable the shower door to close properly.

Current office toilets have small doors on them which are no good for privacy. We need them ripped off, both toilets reframed with timber floor to ceiling, insulated down middle for basic sound proofing, then doors mounted that completely enclose each. Other job is to install separate lights and ceiling fans in each. Hoping you can help!

Task to assemble properly or fix up or reinforce sofa bed. Bought new sofa bed and had an Airtasker assemble. I think not assembled properly. As soon as I sat down it broke (I’m normal weight). Would like reassembled properly or reinforced with whatever additional screws or brackets ect to make it so the sofa bed can load bear and be functional. Need two dynabolts drilled into ceiling of balcony 8mm thick, 40mm deep, to then secure eyelet nut The dynabolt and eyelet nut are supplied.. Will need to bring 1. Small step ladder 2. Drill for masonry 3. 8mm masonry drill bit The holes required are 20cm from the edge of the balcony (15th floor). I have tried to drill this myself but my drill and skills are not good enough.
