I have four ceiling fans that need to be uninstalled and light fixtures out in their place. 2 out of the 4 are in really bad condition (see photo). Please let me know if I need to buy specific ceiling light fixtures ahead of time.

(1) Install 1.8mt curtain track and hang sheer. (2) Secure the TV stand to the back of the new TV and recycle the packaging (I have a recycling bin but will need to cut it up). (3) Align and adjust the doors and drawers on the TV unit for optimal functionality. Some a loose. (4) Replace the silicone sealant in the kitchen, bathroom, and ensuite. (5) Remove the air conditioning filter. (6) Clean and Katcher/pressure wash the front of the house (windows, pavers and garage door) and courtyard (bin leaves, wash concrete and windows). Thanks 🙂

I have a small old bungalow in our backyard that we want (ideally) to be repaired to a decent condition, if possible. I would prefer someone who can come up with suggestions on how to fix the bungalow, I'd rather not demolish the whole thing and build from scratch (if at all possible). -- The bungalow size is 2.9m X 5.3m -- The bungalow is on stumps (concrete) -- The timber bearers above the stumps have rotten at the ends so might need to be repaired/changed -- The outer wall panels are most likely asbestos (best guess) - it appears they can be removed without drilling/cutting Feel free to come and take a look first before providing a quote. The door does not close. Require a bit of hinge adjust or may be shave off (not very sure). It may require a new lock too. I have already bought the lock.

We have a door at our rental property leading into the backyard and it does not fully close causing it to not lock. The door is wooden and so it might be the wood has bent over time however not exactly sure. Right now it is locked as I’ve created a quick solution using cardboard to reduce space between frame and locking mechanism. If you can figure out the core reason and solve that then even better. Also I’ll require you to pickup and drop off keys from real estate agent who is 5 minutes drive from property in Glenroy. See photos attached
