Find an experienced handyman in Northbridge NSW

Can you please let me know what would be the quote to fix this little pole back to the shutter please? I've attached 2 pictures as well, the pole is attached to 5 blades only. I'm a cleaner and it came off while cleaning a client's house and they want us to fix it. 

I require assistance installing a retractable gate in my Northbridge property. The gate affixes to (ie, needs to be drilled into) wooden panelling. I don’t have a drill and am fairly hopeless at this sort of thing. The third photo shows the stairwell that we are trying to block off.

Outdoor balustrade rusted requires requires via patching or welding at post. Please provide quotations as I do not know the right cost to post.

I have had to have less than 6 metres removed from an over pour of a concrete patio and need to replace the glass balustrade. The scaffolding is here so it’s really just bringing the glass, attacking it, and putting the metal on top so it matches the rest. I’ve attached a photo to see the tops, but the bottom attach can be just a bolt or whatever works as I’ll never see it. I can measure it more accurately if needed.
