I’m looking for the sliding mechanism redone so that it is secure and safe. Door is 203x86cm and the metal sliding mechanism protrodes approximately 71x6cm above the door.

Screen door mesh has come away from door frame. Stegbar timber frame. Need to remove existing mesh and replace with new mesh.

I have one sash window in the laundry room. The window does not close or open. Looks like the sash cord needs replacing. The sash weight might have an issue too but I’m not 100% sure of this.
