Hi, I need fix existing hole after old fan in bathroom ceiling and preparing for painter.

I need an electrician to install a ceiling fan in my apartment in West Perth. The fan will be a DC fan with a dimmable light. I will purchase the fan from Bunnings on Friday or Saturday morning and can update with the brand etc. if needed. Pictures are of the light that I want replaced by the fan/light.

I am in an apartment in West Perth. Behind a glass sliding door to access the balcony, I have a retractable flyscreen. It sits on a track that you can pull and retract back and it runs parallel to the sliding glass doors. The flyscreen is about 3 metres in length and 2 metres in height. What has happened is that a small part of the bottom portion of the flyscreen mesh has detached and come off the flyscreen frame which is causing difficulty pulling and retracting the flyscreen. The mesh needs to be repaired (or replaced entirely). Otherwise, the mechanics for the flyscreen frame itself appear fine. Repairs on site would be preferable. Otherwise pick up is fine. Generally available during the week and weekends.

Hi - I am looking to lift/tighten my garage door so that it is raised by around 15-20 cm. Hopefully the attached picture shows helps show what is needed.

I have a steel frame patio and whilst the frame is fine, the shade cloth (1.5*11m approx) and Masonite (4.5*2.3m approx)needs replacing. We can supply the shade cloth and Masonite but you need to supply consumables. Please advise on how long you believe the job will take.

A big metal frame coverd with glass has faulty roller wheels at bottom, most likely require new wheels. It har when open and close the door using a big push.

I installed cat nets a few years ago on the balcony of my apartment and now would like the bottom to be removed so it can be rolled up, but the 2 ends at the bottom is attached by some bolts and hook and i am unsure how to loosen it. Contacted the installer and they didn't seem very keen to help and instructed me verbally but i really don't understand the instructions and how to do it. I am unsure how much they would charge me to do this as well as he said he would charge an hourly rate. I am just wondering if anyone would have experience with removing these hooks so net can be loosened and then rolled up.
