I am in an apartment in West Perth. Behind a glass sliding door to access the balcony, I have a retractable flyscreen. It sits on a track that you can pull and retract back and it runs parallel to the sliding glass doors. The flyscreen is about 3 metres in length and 2 metres in height. What has happened is that a small part of the bottom portion of the flyscreen mesh has detached and come off the flyscreen frame which is causing difficulty pulling and retracting the flyscreen. The mesh needs to be repaired (or replaced entirely). Otherwise, the mechanics for the flyscreen frame itself appear fine. Repairs on site would be preferable. Otherwise pick up is fine. Generally available during the week and weekends.

I installed cat nets a few years ago on the balcony of my apartment and now would like the bottom to be removed so it can be rolled up, but the 2 ends at the bottom is attached by some bolts and hook and i am unsure how to loosen it. Contacted the installer and they didn't seem very keen to help and instructed me verbally but i really don't understand the instructions and how to do it. I am unsure how much they would charge me to do this as well as he said he would charge an hourly rate.
