I need an old Ceiling fan removed (believed to be broken, short circuits when turned on) and replaced with a new ceiling fan that I have ordered (Eglo Bondi 52 inch with light). The current fan is controlled by a switch (for on/off power, nothing else), and then a remote for turning the light on and off, and fan speed. The new fan does not have a remote and so may need a change of faceplate on the switch too? Not sure.

I have an awning frame attached to house. It's 3000*1000. See photos. I'd like a polycarbonate panel fitted to the top. 3000mm length, and ideally approx 1200mm width, so it overhangs the frame slightly.

The exit sign is hanging on its cable. The exit sign has two screws that was attached to the ceiling that is made of plastboard. Need the ceiling fixed and sign installed back.

Handyman required for Ensuite Bathroom ceiling clean/paint and exhaust fan replacement. There is some mould and flakey paint. Hoping to get this cleaned and repainted (I don't have paint to supply for this job, but looking to redo whole ceiling if required). The Exhaust Fan (200mm diameter measured grill) is also flakey and looking for ideas whether that can be painted, or should look to replace with a more powerful option (the more I try to touch it the more it needs a proper replacement)

Due to repairing bathroom leaking, the plasterboard ceiling in our laundry room has got a hole as shown in the picture, we need an handman help us to replace some plasterboard to fill the hole and re-painting the ceiling. The laundry room is 1.5x3.5M in size as shown in the picture. (paint can be available if required)
