Need help drilling 12 holes on a concrete wall and install simple wall units for wall board with screws and plugs. Must bring your own impact drill and bit. The locations have already been marked on the wall. The holes are 5mm wide, 4cm deep. This is to install IKEA wall boards.

I need an old Ceiling fan removed (believed to be broken, short circuits when turned on) and replaced with a new ceiling fan that I have ordered (Eglo Bondi 52 inch with light).
