The garage door reopens by itself after closing. The settings may need to be adjusted. It seems that the door is not horizontal so one side touches the floor first before the other.

The outside wooden gate hinge has broken. See attached pictures. The hinge would probably need to be replaced and then welded onto the steel frame of the wooden gate
