Find an experienced handyman in Rosanna

Need someone to remove materials from an old outer staircase. Consists largely of wood with nails still stuck inside. Largest piece is 3.2M long. Access to backyard is through a normal sized door.

The clothesline needs to be mounted onto 2 wooden 10x10cm posts (see pic). The line is 220cm wide. The posts from their outer sides are 205 apart. This means you'll need to attach wood blocks to each post: 1 on the RH post to extend the mount width past 220, and 1 on the LH post to keep the mount even (or alternatively 1 long piece of wood?). Whatever the solution it must be strong enough to support a full line of wet clothes. Then of course the line itself needs to be mounted. If you can tell me what you need re the mount dimensions and bolts to secure it, I'll buy these and have them waiting for you.

Window sill is rotted & needs repair & also a sliding door sill is slightly rotted & needs repair

I need three paintings hung horizontally so they all align. I stared myself but can’t get them to line up. Each frame is 60cm x 90cm You can make holes in the wall if required or use command strips (I used those for the first two)

I want to make a cut open on the ceiling above the garage to identify a water leak from the balcony which is just above the garage. Because the garage roof and ceiling are almost 4mtrs tall, it requires a free-standing ladder. The job itself shouldn't take more than 30-60minutes . Need someone with a Masonry drill to install two heavy duty hooks into solid brick walls. Ground level house in Rosanna. Will use it to hang a three person hammock. Need it done today, for a barbecue tonight. Photos are attached are to help describe what I’m after. I am in a rented house and have been given permission to install a cat door, but I need to restore the door to original condition when I move out. I would therefore like to install a cheaper back door to put the cat door into, so a can store the existing one and put it back when I move out.
