Looking for a handyman / general maintenance person to help with some (2) broken hinges on my cupboard doors. this is quite urgent and the sooner this is fixed the better. please include material + labour cost with your offer.

Gym has 80odd lockers that have an existing cam key lock. These need to be removed and a new lock, only slightly large needs to be installed. Will require existing holes to be slightly made larger and new hasp lock to be installed with a surround sticker also. All locks on site. I have drawings and images of the new lock. Floor surface repairs. Sanding or polishing is required .To repair the scratched surface at 3 small arears in the lounge only. Add some paint onto the surface to make it look better. I am not looking to do renovation or whole floor restoration. Please do not try to expand scope of work. Only focus on the floor surface repairs or recovery to make it look better for now. Just remove or cover the obvious marks. A professional carpenter or even a handiman can do it within 2 hours. I am seeking someone can give me a exact quote and get job done for me as quick as possible. There is no power connection in the house at the moment so if you need to use power please let me know in advance so I can arrange connection from neighbours house for you prior. You need bring your own extension long cord. You must have your own tools too.

2 doors have difficult handles. One is loose and one is extremely tight. Loose one has no lock, tight one has lock. Pics attached - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 2 January 2024
