We’re looking for a skilled handyman and licensed gas plumber to help us move a decorative mantlepiece to the opposite wall in our apartment. Mantle Dimensions: Height: 115cm, Length: 146cm, Depth: 25cm. The mantle is currently installed on a wall with a gas bayonet connection, which will need to be professionally capped and made safe. The new wall is concrete, so appropriate tools and expertise for concrete installation are required. We will provide paint to touch up after the job. Scope of Work: -Safely remove the mantle from its current position without damage. -Cap the gas bayonet at its current location (licensed gas plumber required). -Reinstall the mantle securely on the opposite concrete wall.
