Garage door spring replacement B&D double tilt door (5.3M wide, 2.45M high). One of 4 side springs has failed - assume replace all on both sides 560mm length of spring (body, 610 hook to hook) 40 mm diameter.

Door lock has been disassembled because door had jammed. Needs reassembling - and the plastic “cup” set into the hole in the concrete floor had to be cut - this needs replacing to hold door secure. Please see pics. Just needs a very careful person with a bit of patience to do the job properly.

Toilet roll holder hanging loose and screw that secures seems to be de-threaded, so can’t remove it. Need it taken off and put back on securely

Cables have come loose on garage door, need rentensioning / balancing. Springs are only a year old.

We have a daytek twin fold down clothesline and ground mount kit that needs to be installed.

Handyman and locksmith needed to: - unlock bathroom door (circular door handle lock) - thread wall hung clothes line (already mounted to wall but line has not been attached) - fix door bolt into floor - from what I can tell the female part of the bolt lock needs to be cut into the floor. The French doors currently won’t close) - attach fly wire door / hinges have unscrewed - move toilet door to close to laundry door frame - put fly wire screens back into windows x2 (window cleaner removed them & I can’t get them back in) - attach roller blind and replace the plastic white chain (broken) Thanks and please refer to photos
