Find an experienced handyman in Seaholme

Bulkhead has sunken and needs replaced and possibly some structure underneath balcony railing due to water damage. Pictures show cracking on top surface.

I’m looking to get a ceiling fan installed in a bedroom. This would be a new installation and would not be replacing a light fixture. There are 4 down lights within 1.5m of the location of the ceiling fan. Ceiling height is 2.7m Licensed Electricians only please Ceiling height 2.7m.

Install a ceiling fan. Old fan has been removed. New fan has been purchased. Have the fan / light switch already on the wall.
