Bathroom entrance showing signs of rot. Bathroom was regrouted about 8 months ago so I’m hopeful damage was done prior to this and a touch up or replacement to affected area will resolve. I would also appreciate a moisture meter reading to be sure. There are 3 small areas shown in the photo that look like they may need work and repainting. If this impacts the sealant that would need replacement as well

Need an electrician to diagnose and fix my ceiling fan. The fan turns on when switch is activated, but is slow on all speeds. It makes a low whirring sound. Flexible on dates and times but must be completed before March 19th.
