I require someone to fix the leaking pipe under the kitchen sink.

Four odd jobs around my apartment that would suit an experienced handyman: [1] Replace or repair the loose toilet seat/lid on my toilet. May involve sourcing replacement parts, and I will pay or reimburse at cost (receipt required). [2] Diagnose faulty extractor fan and repair, if possible. Note, it is possible an electrical technician certification needed to complete this job. Happy to exclude the repair as part of negotiated price. [3] Replace kitchen mixer tap with a new one. May involve sourcing replacement mixer following consultation and I will pay/reimburse at cost (receipt provided). [4] Fixing IKEA 3-track curtain track to ceiling (3 x 140 cm, end to end). I have the materials, fixings, and a small step ladder, but I have a long term shoulder injury so I can’t reach above my head for extended periods.

Current door handle doesn’t work, could you please quote to replace with suitable door handle? Please see photos. If you can reinstall the same door handle (which is an old mechanism) that would be great. Also swing door is jammed and needs to be filled down to close. The handle is also loose and needs to be screwed in properly. Could you include this in the quote? Thanks
