Hi, We are seeking quotations for the maintenance and repainting of an existing outdoor deck. Deck is approximately 3.5m by 3.5m located on the first floor of a townhouse. A decked staircase also provides access to the backyard. Scope of Work (for deck including staircase): Replace Loose Screws – Identify and secure any loose fastenings. Surface Preparation – Sand the deck to remove old paint/stain Pressure Washing – Clean the deck before painting/staining. Painting/Staining – Apply weather-resistant paint (colour specified in attachment). Clean up – Ensure the worksite is left clean and free of debris.

Side gate needs fixing.. like u can see its come off the brick wall. Ceiling architrave needs to be screwed and patched. Just had carpet replaced and the bottom of door needs to be shaved.

I’m looking for a qualified plumber or technician to service my water heater. There are no current issues with the unit—it has been working fine but I want to ensure it is properly maintained to prolong its lifespan and efficiency.

To begin with I need 4 areas where powerpoints have been moved to be sanded, and maybe filled if necessary and then painted, as well as two areas where ceiling fans have been moved across. A wall also has some minor water damage so need it bought back to original. One of the heater vents changed over to a new one, i have the vent, as well as the paint and roller and sanding disks. This will be an ongoing arrangement every couple of weeks I will have small general handyman jobs to be completed so an all round knowledge in all types of general maintenance would be great. I would like help with the following: - Refit a pull out tap hose back into the faucet and secure the faucet to the kitchen bench. The hose retracted into the faucet due to a mistake and I pulled it out fully. - Connect a water filter to the kitchen tap using a supplied flow diverter.
