I need 3 rails to be professionally installed for my bathtub for safety.

Large solid wood board room table. Needs to be sanded back, prepared, and then finished with something like polyurethane or the appropriate board room finish. Dust extraction sander will be needed. Also two square holes need to be cut for cabling access to come up from underneath.

Control switch to the ceiling fan has failed to work. The actual switch is connected to a switch panel with three other dimmer lights.

I need to remove screws and grommets and patch the wall (I had some mounted hook earlier in my old apartment that needs to be removed), it should be roughly 8 screws in total

Need to fix the hanger and fix the wall paint.

So I hung an over-door clothes hanging hook. Everytime I opened or closed the door it scraped the paint on the metal door frame on above it. Now you can see two metal coloured stripes on the door frame where the paint has chipped from. Need it repainted, matching the door frame colour, which I dont have.
