Hi, I am after someone to come and remove 1 ceiling fan and a light. Pulling a ceiling down in the morning and need them removed and cut off from power. Then re installed after job Is complete.

There is a scratch on the front door of our rental, need someone to sand it back and repaint the door ensuring the colour is correctly matched before this Sunday. Can be home today, tomorrow afternoon or Saturday afternoon. Refer to image which has hand for reference of scratch size

Fix hole & dent in plasterboard (see picture). I tried a mesh patch but it didn’t work - probably needs cutting out of damaged plasterboard and replacing with a new piece. Hole in picture is approx 11cm across.
