We need an addition of handle, wood stick and ensure that one or two blinds can be easily raised and lowered without any issues. We will cover the cost of all necessary materials, but you will need to purchase them for us before you arrive or you may come here to inspect first and then purchase the materials (e.g., handles, wood stick) Handle and wood stick look like in the picture I attached. Width of the blinds that need wood stick is 118.3 cm

I would like a doorway to my garage through this double brick wall. There is a capped gas pipe at the bottom of the wall (see photo) as there was previously a heater on the wall.
