For spa barrier compliance below have been recommended by the building inspector: 1. current approaching fence and barrier door height to be increased to 1.2m atleast. right now, its 1m. (can put timber 250mm on top and paint white) 2. need to install new self closing latching mechanism in the gate. Its manual as of now. hinges gap distance is less than 900m so need to hide it and make it non-climbable using hinge caps.

Hinge needs to be pop riveted out and new door needs to be riveted in.
