1. Repair pink front door, would need to be taken down glued and hammered back into shape then clamped over night. Then a repaint. 2. Take down the wisteria plant as it getting into the power lines. Remove wisteria from property. Reattach the gutter properly. 3. Touch up repaint in the bathroom around the window and door frames. There is paint in the metal cupboard around the corner.

Someone with an attention to detail. The gate is iron but because of the lock on the inside we have tried luring mesh over it but in a not looking tight and the lock is not straight.
