Fan Control Knob – Replace the missing fan control knob. Living Area Window – Address moderate moisture and peeling paint around the window. Rear Garage Door – There is deterioration and signs of water ingress at the bottom of the door and frame. Bedroom Door Panel – Repair the slightly damaged door panel in the bedroom. Laundry Security Door – The security door rubs at the bottom and needs adjustment. Bedroom Ceiling Fan Light Fixture – The light fixture is not responding and needs a new bulb fitted and tested for proper function. Window Frame Sealing – There is a gap between the window frame and brick covering on the south side of the property. Recommend sealing all gaps to prevent air and moisture infiltration.
