An old bank that is a cafe with very high ceilings and walls. Dust and mould needs to be removed from light fittings, air-conditioners, ceilings and walls. In some places like the air-conditioners, the dust is a little sticky with grease.

I’ve moved into a small studio apartment and have just gotten rid of a bug infestation. Need someone to wash the walls and ceiling primarily of bug residue / bug spray. Small apartment not a big job, just time poor. No bugs just residue from repellent

Hi! Looking to get a painter to repaint the roof in our living room. It’s about 7.5 x 5 meters, but the ceiling height is 4.4 meters high. The reason for re-painting is that we’ve grown a vine up one of the walls and unfortunately it’s attached itself to the ceiling with latex-type adhesions. Looking to finish off a home Pilates studio and need two walls and a ceiling plasterboard sheeted. I am happy to do the painting myself or this additional scope can be agreed on the day. Walls are approximately 3m wide x 3m high each. Structure all in place, just needs someone who knows how to cut and place plasterboard to complete. Some very minor cords to work around, but can assess on the day the easiest way to deal with these (conceal them, pull them through, etc). Looking to paint my olive kitchen cabinets to a sage green (ideally Dulux Silent Sage). The white cabinets do NOT need to be painted. The cabinets are removable should this be easier to pay.
