To bolt to a concrete wall a 10 KMH sign approx 8M from ground, To spray paint in yellow paint on the entry of the concrete driveway and through out the complex, where the concrete are different levels. I have the yellow spray paint, the sign, the masking tape. You will a need a ladder and approx 1-2 hours. I estimate there are 6 levels which will need spray painting

Patch holes in walls and lightly roll over with matching paint and exit clean balcony.

Paint: Skirting boards (this will need filling here and there prior to sanding/painting). There are new skirting boards downstairs. (see photo). The amount of new skirting is about 18m linear (see photo) There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs that need skirtings and architraves and internal doors painted. Aside from the exterior wall/around dormer, the painting needed here is bits and pieces. I have paint already. I have photos of all of the areas that need painting. The house is vacant making painting easier.
