We have some water damage to our ceiling that is now dry. We are looking for someone to remove the stains and paint the ceiling to restore it back. There are 3 separate areas as picture. The colour is dulux natural white.

Edit: Please quote price inclusive of minor patching of holes and cracks, 2 coats minmimum, paint and materials

I need new plaster walls and plaster ceiling put up with insulation too. If possible I’d like some glass slide doors put in too. The area is 6m x 4m.

Painting for ceiling to be done

Plastering patch up one strip on ceiling and one strip on wall as shown in pictures. 1. Ceiling: 1.8m x 200mm strip to be patched up. Please install timber backing (I have some timber left in the garage.) Sanding required for for ceiling for ceiling paint. 2. Since wall Tiles will be installed on all walls throughout, so for wall trip, just install timber backing (provided) and plasterboard, no plastering nor sanding are required on joints or gaps, because tile cement will be on top anyway. 3. Patch Up and make good for cornices missing, require less than 1m of cornices. Please bring in: 1 piece of plasterboard (1.2m x 2.4m), can be in two pieces of 1.2m x 1.2m. 2. 1m cornice

We have 2x ceilings requiring basic painting. One is approx. 1.5m x 2m, the other is approx 8m x 5m. Ceilings are 2.4m high, and can use roller with feet on the floor. Two coats required. The rendered walls of our driveway also require a touch-up, which can be done with a brush and roller. It's two walls, approx. 10m long and average of 1m high each. The render is like a 60gsm sand paper finish, so I'll provide a thick-nap roller brush for those. I'll give them a clean first before you arrive. I'll provide all paint, you would need to provide brushes, trays, rollers and drop cloths. We also have some other minor painting work if we have time.
