Hello I’m looking for a professional to come and sand and stain my deck, I will supply the deck stain as I want to use wocca white wash and happy to buy all that. Deck is roughly 9x 13m with a pool in the centre (7x4) Happy for this to be done over a few days ideally on a warm day. We are pretty flexible will just need notice to remove all furniture. There is back entrance of the property so you can park very close to the deck. Deck wood is black but Last 2 images are what the deck look likes currently, last stained 2.5 years ago.

We need a veranda to be painted - see photos - I’ve started with the stumps, but would like someone to paint the top panels. There are 8 of them, plus all the bits in between. The paint will be supplied. This isn’t in need of a super professional job, any handyman can do it

Need help with sanding so I can paint. Mainly front faces of panels, doors and drawers. Sand visible edges of doors and drawers. Will discard handles so no sanding of handles. Sand edge of bench top. Flat areas can use electric sander. Door details by sanding block. Need your own tools and sandpaper. Clean up dust, make ready to paint. We have an office pod that the lacquer coating has peeled away from the sun over 2 years. Need it to be sanded back and re lacquered to look the same as it did when installed. I have included a photo of the back side that hasn’t peeled as it’s not in direct sunlight.
