The rear of the home - approx 50m2 - which consists of recycled baltic pine boards of various finishes, which have recently been laid (see photos). It's an open plan lounge and kitchen. One wall that is approximately 10 metres in length and two smaller walls that are 3 metres in width. There are approximately 6 small holes that have been filled (picture hooks) that will need a light sanding before painting.

I need a patch of our wooden floor sanded (go over 3 times) to reveal the true colour of the wood underneath the stain. I believe it is Baltic Pine, around 100 years old.
