We need exterior house painting of our single storey house. The house is brick, however we need the weatherboard section which is part of the roof pitch to be repainted. Job is only for the weatherboard and green sections. Photo examples are attached. We have and will supply the necessary paint (monument grey exterior paint) for the job. Looking for someone to supply paint and paint my main entry door and door frame. Colour I’m after is monument or something similar. The inside of the door and frame (white) has already been painted. I have need 4 rooms painted. Including roof and walls. The rooms are: Bathroom/Toilet/laundry ( 3m x 2 m 6 m2) , Kitchen/Dining (3x3 m + 2 x 2 m = 10m2 ), Lounge Room (3 x 3 m 9m2) Currently the walls a yellow, I would like to paint them a white colour. The walls are concrete render and the roof is plaster. The house is empty and the floor is timber. The skirts, internal doors and internal door frames need painting too. A 4 x 3 m deck at the rear of the property needs oiling and the ends of the deck planks need painting. I will supply the paint.
