Decking is about 10 x7 square meters in area. 2 coats.

Approximately 50sqm of spotted gum that needs to be stripped back and stained/oiled. Has a couple of stairs as well, included in sizing.

40sqm silver top ash deck needs sanding so it is ready for oiling. It’s raw wood, never been stained or oiled before, we just need it to all be one colour before we start.

I need someone to sand my deck so I can re seal it. I need to sanded on Saturday 3rd so I can seal on the 4th. Approx 50sm

I have a large living/ meals area ( approximately 7m x 7m) which has a long fine crack along a ceiling join and an alfresco area which has two fine cracks along two ceiling joins. Also, I have large stacker doors which let in a lot of light which produces glancing light on the ceiling at certain times of the day showing up all of the ceiling joins on the living / meals area. I have been told a level 5 finish will help to reduce this by giving a more uniform seamless appearance. Do you do level 5 finishes on ceilings? I look forward to hearing from you.
