I have mix of new and old concrete. I would like to get a quote on pressure washing and painting the concrete. It’s about 100 sq mt around the house. It is very rough and when I sweep I can see the sand particles coming , I want it to look smooth and nice. Something like in the last picture. Thank you.

Hi there, I need my bathroom tiles painted, including in the shower, along the walls and on the floor. The current paint is peeling off and it has not been done well. I would like the tiles painted properly, with proper tile paint and sealed afterwards for longevity. The job would include all prep work, including removing silicone, sanding, cleaning, priming and unscrewing the tapwear to paint behind. I am happy to resilicone after the paint had dried myself. The bathroom is approx 2x3m. Thanks!
