We need to get a painter to fix some damages we did in the walls at our rented property. It is a small job but we prefer this to be done by someone who knows what they do. I will add pictures of what is required if I can.

Need a carpenter or handy man to straighten the walls of a laundry prior to plastering. Paying an hourly rate. Many future jobs for the right person. Require someone with prior experience of straightening walls.

Require house to be prepped sanded and painted. Inc 4 bedrooms, meals/living/dining areas and kitchen. Bathrooms and laundry not included. Require paint on all walls (two coats) ceiling; trims and doors in enamel paint in the designated areas. Floor plan attached. Will need to have own equipment (ladders, mats, tools etc) but we will supply the paint.

We are selling our house and we will be on the market on Jan 11 so anytime before that. From now until Jan 3rd would be great. We are happy to cover all furniture and prep the rooms, we just need someone to do the painting. We are buying all the paint. Must be a painter that has experience in painting.
