Repaint two wooden decks - dimensions 5x6m and 4x5m - colour to match

Apply clear coat oil to external timber cladding and deck.

Painted decking x 3. Front and rear veranda, pool deck to be cleaned as well as exterior cladding on home.

We need to get a painter to fix some damages we did in the walls at our rented property. It is a small job but we prefer this to be done by someone who knows what they do. I will add pictures of what is required if I can.

Need a carpenter or handy man to straighten the walls of a laundry prior to plastering. Paying an hourly rate. Many future jobs for the right person. Require someone with prior experience of straightening walls.

Require house to be prepped sanded and painted. Inc 4 bedrooms, meals/living/dining areas and kitchen. Bathrooms and laundry not included. Require paint on all walls (two coats) ceiling; trims and doors in enamel paint in the designated areas. Floor plan attached. Will need to have own equipment (ladders, mats, tools etc) but we will supply the paint.
