Find an experienced local painter in Brighton East

I need a hole in plaster wall (approx 200x300mm) repaired and painted. I already have the paint.

Window frame has been repaired, and now requires painting. External, 1st floor. Bottom of frame is 3.3m off the ground. Garden bed below, is safe for ladders. Entire window is approx 2 x 3 m. Highest point 5.3 m. Flyscreens will need to be taken down and replaced (standard easy removal). Would prefer for tasker to supply own paint, however, I am also happy to provide. Please just let me know, and adjust cost accordingly. Looking for completion mid January. Flexible between the 15-20th, and can do any time of day on these dates.

We have some cobwebs where the walls meet a very high (8-10 metre) ceiling. Unfortunately, I don't have any cleaning gear that can get up that high. But for someone who does, it'd be a 5 minute job. Was hoping that someone could stop by our place really quickly and do this for us.
